CELINE

Cross-sectorial integrated digital services Enabling energy Localized INnovation and community Empowerment

CELINE is a Horizon Europe research and innovation project building a harmonised digital framework for renewable energy communities (RECs). It enables citizens, businesses, and local authorities to co-manage local energy resources — from production and consumption to peer-to-peer trading and community governance.
